This 1967 Ford Bronco has been rebuilt with a bunch of tasteful modifications and upgrades. These first generation Broncos are extremely popular and extremely hard to come by here in Australia. This one is packed full of off road focused upgrades and improvements.

The body of the truck has been stripped back and repainted in a metallic Champagne colour and fitted with flared guards for that cool off road look. The front bumper has been replaced with a custom offroad bulbar powder coated black and setup with a Warn CE M8000 electric winch. The rear bumper is also a custom item with swing out tire rack on one side and storage bench on the other and integrated towbar. For ease of entry there are chrome tubular side steps. The bonnet is finished in a low sheen satin black with custom vented cowl. There is black checker plate armour applied to the sils and the tops of the quarters. The mirrors and door handles are refinished in satin black to match. The truck is lifted 4.5 inches using a Rancho branded lift kit with springs and shocks over a set of 15” Pacer wheels with 33×14.5” Mickey Thompson mud tyres.

The inside of the truck is neatly fitted out with new carpets on the floor and replacement seats all round finished in black vinyl. An aftermarket lockable centre console provides much needed storage and rear cup holders. The dash features Dakota digital gauges and there is an aftermarket steering wheel front and centre. There is a six point roll cage for protection in case of a roll over and bikini style top to keep you out of the sun on a hot day. For tunes while cruising there is a Pioneer aftermarket head unit with speakers in the doors.

Under the bonnet is a rebuilt 289ci V8 engine. The engine build features ported and polished 302ci heads, a mild cam, Edelbrock intake and Holley off-road Avenger carburettor. Spark is provided by an MSD ignition system with all new leads. Exhaust gasses escape through Wild Horses ceramic headers into a custom dual exhaust. The engine is paired to a three speed manual transmission with Centre force clutch. The steering is power assisted as are the brakes with discs up front and drums in the rear. The truck is four wheel drive with Spider lockers front and rear. The fuel system has been upgraded with a new tank and all new lines.

These first generation Bronco’s are always extremely popular when we get them here in the shop and this one has a host of off-road focused upgrades throughout. Be sure to register and bid if you can see yourself burning down the beach in this bad boy.
